Many of our customers have used our services on a regular basis. In a number of cases we are now moving the sons, daughters and even grandchildren, of customers we moved in the late 1960s.
Although we do advertise, most of our work is acquired as a result of recommendations from our existing customers who, over the years, we have moved throughout East Anglia, Britain, Europe and to the far corners of the world. In providing you with our services, it is our ambition to meet your specific needs effectively and efficiently with the minimum of fuss and at a competitive price. As members of the British Association of Removers (BAR) and the European Movers’ Association FEDEMAC, we fully meet their stringent trading conditions and standards. Unlike many of our competitors, we have a permanent team of drivers, packers and porters who have been with the company for a number of years. They are the backbone of the company and Revells is very proud of its staff. The vehicles are all modern and kept in top condition. The warehouse was purpose built in 2008 and incorporates the latest security and environmental monitoring systems to ensure the safety and well being of our customers’ property. There are many removal companies in Britain. It is a highly competitive business. From the sole trader in an ageing van to the big national operators plying their trade across the country, rivalry is widespread. As a medium sized business, Revells has the ability to offer a personal service while maintaining the best standards. However, we are not complacent and we greatly value feed-back from our customers so that we can continue to improve our services and widen the scope of our activities. Whether it is a Steinway grand piano (we are Steinway approved removers), the contents of a country manor or a few treasured personal effects in a small flat or holiday home, Revells can move you and we would be pleased (and grateful) to have the opportunity to visit you in order to assess your move, the packing (if required) and any storage you may need. |
